Anthony Johnstone, UM Law Professor and former Solicitor
who helped defend the Act before the US Supreme Court
and the  Jonathan Motl, Montana Commissioner of Political Practices
will present differing views of what is left of Montana’s Corrupt Practices Act,
followed by questions and discussion.
Legislative Referendum 126:  Discussion with presentation by Nancy Leifer of the
Missoula League of Women Voters Speakers,  followed by questions and discussion.
All candidates for public office are invited and will be offered
an opportunity to introduce themselves.
